Chasing Community
A fully equipped artisan baking training school working in partnership with the Sozo Foundation Youth Café to equip and train local unemployed young people.
A support network of youth workers who mentor students to access work in the hospitality and catering industry.
All proceeds from the Wild Goose Bakery goes into supporting the work of the artisan training.
